The Harmonic Pulser
Years of Research and Improvement yield a remarkably easy to use and effective 'experimental' electro-medical device.


     This portable broad spectrum frequency generator produces thousands of harmonic sound frequencies up into the gigahertz range (billions of cycles per second). It operates on standard 110V AC house current or a 9V Battery and originally was designed by Ed Skilling, an electrical engineer who has built this type of instrument since the 1950s. Ed Skilling has earned much respect in this field over the years and has eliminated the guesswork which is involved in the operation of many frequency instruments. The vibrational radio-wave emitted by the unit has no electrical spark or shock.
This unit is based on the historical pioneering work by Georges Lakovsky (see historical article here) who developed an apparatus that he called a Multiple Wave Oscillator (MWO) which utilized full spectrum harmonics.

The Harmonic Pulser is manufactured to the highest standards for the utmost quality and reliable service.

The Harmonic Pulser is microchip-computer controlled. The microchip-computer and Radio-Frequency (RF) generator are quartz-crystal controlled to ensure stable and precise frequencies.

The Harmonic Pulser is designed to output a series of harmonizing frequencies. A 728 Hz healing frequency modulates a 28.322 MHz Radio-Frequency (RF). This results in the generation of large amount of harmonics that extend all the way up to the Giga-Hertz range.

The Harmonic Pulser therefore broadcasts its output waveform through the air, similar to a radio station. The RF output is only 100 milli-Watts (like that of a toy Walkie-Talkie 2-Way Radio), but will output over a 100 foot radius.

The Harmonic Pulser has a built-in RF Planar Antenna situated under the top panel of the plastic enclosure. For maximum RF output, place the top panel of the unit towards the intended target.

It is theorized that these rich series of frequencies and harmonics generated by the Harmonic Pulser have a positive effect on well-being. (Original work has been done by two well-known researchers which cannot be named due to government restrictions).

Ed Skilling used his inventive genius to combine both a healing frequency (728 Hz) with Multi Wave Oscillator (MWO) research.

Under manufacturing and design licence with Ed Skilling, this re-designed unit replaces the previous RF-FlatPak/SoundMagi (which is now called the Harmonic Pulser). The original RF-FlatPak/SoundMagi was introduced as an accessory to Ed Skilling's the hugely popular Photon Sound Beam (PSB).

The Harmonic Pulser has advanced features not found in the original RF-FlatPak/SoundMagi, is available at a very affordable new price and sports a 3 year warranty. Due to larger production, the limited availability of the older RF-FlatPak/SoundMagi is not an issue with the Harmonic Pulser.

Operation is simple: Flip the toggle switch to the ON position, and that's all there is to it. The Green light will begin to flash every second. If the Red light comes on at anytime, replace the battery. To test the Low Battery circuit, turn the unit OFF. The Red light will flash briefly.

Unit is covered by a 3 year warranty on internal mounted components.

The Harmonic Pulser is very lightweight (a few ounces) and operates from a standard 9-Volt Alkaline battery. NOTE: Since we ship each Harmonic Pulser with a 12 Volt DC Universal Wall Adapter, a 9 Volt battery is not included.

Harmonic Pulser:

  • 28.322 MHz Square-wave (+/- 1%) pulse-modulated by 728 Hz (+/- 1%) Square-wave, further modulated by 2 Hz Square-wave. Waveforms are Quartz Crystal-Controlled for precise frequency output. Microchip-computer waveforms are controlled through a proprietary software routine.
  • Maximum RF Output (as measured on a Hewlett-Packard 8558B, 1.5GHz Spectrum Analyzer):
    20dBm (100 milli-Watts) @ 28.322 MHz with 15 Volts DC powering the unit.
  • 9-Volt DC Alkaline Battery operation, useful to end voltage ~5.2 Volts.
    Battery drain: typically ~65mA @ 9 Volts DC with output fully loaded.
  • Low battery indicator. Low battery circuitry illuminates Red LED light when battery voltage falls below 5.2 Volts.
  • External Power Option: The Harmonic Pulser can be optionally powered by an external 12 Volt DC source, like an automobile cigarette lighter or Solar Panel. 
    Specifications: Maximum 15 Volts DC, 2.1mm Centre-Positive Plug, Minimum 250 milli-Amps current.

International Voltage (220/240 Volt AC 50Hz Mains) Requirements:

  • All Harmonic Pulser's ship with an International Wall Adapter intended for any voltage from 110VAC 60 Hz (North America) to 220/240 Volt AC 50 Hz Mains (as found in International Countries). Thus, you can use your new Harmonic Pulser virtually anywhere in the world.

  • Additionally, the Harmonic Pulser may also be operated directly from an external 12 Volt DC Battery like an automobile cigarette lighter. You will need to purchase an adapter cord which plugs into the cigarette lighter and has a Centre Positive, 2.1mm Plug, like a Radio Shack® part #270–1528.

Options for Powering the Harmonic Pulser

Here are some options for powering the Harmonic Pulser (other than its own 9-Volt DC Alkaline Battery):

  1. The Harmonic Pulser may be operated directly from an external 12 Volt DC Battery like  from an automobile cigarette lighter. You will need to purchase an adapter cord which plugs into the cigarette lighter and has a Centre Positive, 2.1mm Plug, like a Radio Shack® part #270–1528.
  2. The Harmonic Pulser can be powered by a suitable Solar Panel. Keep in mind that most solar panel generators are used to re-charge a battery, which in turn operates the unit. Therefore, we suggest you use a solar panel to re-charge a 12 Volt DC automobile battery (preferably a sealed Gel-Cel® type), then run the Harmonic Pulser directly from the battery. You will need to use a cord which has alligator clips on one end to attach to the battery terminals, and the appropriate Centre Positive, 2.1mm Plug on the other end to plug into the Harmonic Pulser. Be careful with polarity! Centre-Positive! This type of cord with alligator clips on one end is probably not readily available, therefore you will to need to buy a cord and cut off the end that normally goes into the cigarette lighter, and solder your own set of alligator clips. Use a black and red alligator clips so you ensure polarity is correct each time you connect the circuit.
  3. If you wish to operate the Harmonic Pulser directly from a solar panel you will need to use a 12 Volt DC rated output that is capable of supplying at least 250 milli-Amps current.

The Sound Probe

"In our winter of 1990, I was in New Zealand giving a series of talks about the electronic equipment that I had designed over a period of many years, dating back to the 1950's. My sponsors were operating a clinic in the town of Papakura about 25 miles from Aukland and set up a small lab for me to design some equipment for them. I did this work at no cost to them for my time and effort.

The first design was a solid oscillator which we named the "SOUND PROBE". This Instrument consisted of two parts, the power source, which was a 12 volt battery, and a modulator. The second part was a cylinder 2" in dia. x 6" long that contained a Quartz controlled oscillator and a solenoid output coil which radiated a low power signal, (milliwatts), in the short wave radio frequency spectrum. It was modulated by by several audible sound frequencies in sequence. The finished unit was tested in the lab and we discovered that it appeared to kill bacteria and viruses instantly when the cylinder was placed on the body of a patient who was troubled by Shingles. The rash on the arm of the patient would disappear as fast as the doctor moved it to the area wherever the rash was visible. The same thing would happen when a patient had a staph infection. They are still using this equipment in that country with continued success.

When I returned from New Zealand I gave the design to a Company I had contacted in midwest USA about the new equipment. Several months later I joined the company as an "Engineering Advisor" and would spend the next four years in the summer months working with them on various projects. I had hoped that my work would pay dividends for me in my old age but it never happened so I left that group forever.

In the winter of 1993 I designed in my lab in Arizona, "THE PHOTON SOUND BEAM". This instrument is a culmination of many years striving to produce an ultimate piece of equipment that may improve life on the planet, which is what this work is all about. This experimental unit was designed for the non-professional who may want to keep the body clear of infections of all kinds. Ten engineering models introduced in the summer of 93 proved this unique instrument to be superior in the speed of performance to any piece of equipment since the "Super Pro" in 1988. It performs very well for the rapid elimination of all types of problems caused by Flu, Yeast, Staph, Herpes such as Shingles, Chicken Pox, Measles, etc. It eliminates clogged Lymph ducts and lumps of various sizes in 10 to 20 minutes, and offers relief of various pains of chronic conditions that will not "go-away" in normal circumstances.

In the summer of 1994 we incorporated an additional circuit that would operate our original "Sound Probe". Instead of the previous configurations of cylinders and other shapes we produced what we call the "Flat Pack" that is light weight and small in size (3/4" thick by 2 1/4" wide by 4" long). It fits under the clothes and stays in position without having to hold it in the hand. Due to unique change in the spiral within the case we were able to increase the output energy to 100 mq without an increase in power consumption. This new design utilizes a higher frequency that increases the penetration. The combination of the two systems of Inert gas Probes with the Rf Sound Probe works in harmony.
